My Music – My Choice, a 501 C-3 non-profit media arts agency was founded in 2004 with a vision to offer media education and cultural entertainment programs that disseminate positive public perceptions and addresses pertinent community information using music and media as a conduit to uplift the African – American Community. Our mission is to use music and media with affirming messages to generate a positive self identity, improves a person’s mood, challenge gender and racial stereotypes, be an effective educational or therapeutic tool. We desire to return music to a place where it constructively influenced our community. 
African American Women and their partners between 25-54 years of age who are at risk for HIV and other STD infections will be our primary focus and young women and thier partners between 13-24 years of age who are at high-risk for HIV and other STD infections are our secondary focus. We also focus on senior Africans American Women.
1.To produce and distribute 1,000 Promotional CDs HIV Educational Information to high-risk community members freely, in exchange for them getting an HIV Test.
2.To distribute to all of the Urban Stations in Michigan and Nationally and encourage them to play the HIV PSA's, share the HIV Facts and establish a promotion where their listeners can get a copy of the CD if they too gt an HIV test as well as other station promotions.
3.Partner with Promoters to offer the complimentary HIV Cd and a free ticket to their event, in exchange for being an HIV TEST
4.Pass out the CD to 200 people in attendance at the HIV Party, 6/27
